Boleto Simples

The modules are currently under the name Boleto Simples and will be migrated and updated gradually.

TOTVS is the leading company in the Brazilian ERP market. It has several management systems, including Protheus.

The integration performs boleto generation from titles registered in accounts receivable and allows automatic payment through scheduled processes.

LEEF is a Kobana partner specialized in implementation, on-demand development, and support for TOTVS Microsiga Protheus ERP. They themselves commercialize the solution so that your company does not need to hire Kobana and has special conditions for issuing less than 1,500 boletos/month, if applicable.

Routine Characteristics​

  • Automatic online transmission (real-time) of accounts receivable titles generated after issuance of output documents, allowing the boleto to be printed and/or sent by email separately to the customer.
  • Schedule for receipt and processing of payments and returns received from the bank.
  • Interface for monitoring sends, returns, and bank messages (status)
  • Interface for boleto resend
  • Reports of sends and returns
  • Interface for collection instructions (extension, discounts, protests, payments, etc.)
  • Sending boleto in the same email as DANFE

Installation​

Installation and implementation are carried out by LEEF's specialized team.

The implementation covers:

  • Configuration of the standard SIGAFIN menu
  • Creation, installation, and configuration of the schedule
  • Implementation/compilation and RPO exchange in up to 5 RPOs
  • Configuration of 1 (ONE) customer and 1 (ONE) branch
  • Training and support for up to 3 hours.

The implementation deadline is 5 business days after purchase confirmation.
