Release (approve) a Pix Transfer

Asynchronous Processing: creates a release (approve) command for the Pix Transfer awaiting approval.

⚠️ Provider support: not every financial provider supports release via API. When not supported, the API responds 422 ("does not have support for this operation via API for this financial provider").
